The Villa was built in 1902, and was converted in to small apartments when the country was under the communists regime.
My client bought the villa, and demolished it, leaving only the façade.
The lower ground floor is the entrance to the villa, going upstairs, to the formal entrance hallway, cinema room and guest bedroom.
The 1st floor is the reception and dining-room, Kitchen and snug area.
The 2nd floor is the Master bedroom, en-suite bathroom, dressing-room and study.
The top floor is for the two boys, there have their own bedrooms and bathrooms en-suite, with a communal balcony garden area.
The Orangery was built so that the family can enjoy the beautiful gardens that the villa has to offer.
